Corporate Guidelines.
These guidelines articulate the engineering doctrine of Voussoirum Technology Limited. They are not aspirational marketing. They are structural constraints on what we will and will not build.
Engineering Doctrine
Endurance is a design constraint. Systems built on extractive mechanics do not endure — they consume their own foundation. We do not build them.
Every system we engineer is evaluated against a single question: will it hold under institutional load, adversarial pressure, and time? If the answer is no, it is not shipped.
Method
We conduct problem archaeology — the disciplined excavation of causal structure — before we design solutions. Correlates are seductive. Structure is durable. We work from structure.
Permanent Prohibitions
Voussoirum Technology Limited will not, under any commercial, contractual, or strategic circumstance, design, deploy, license, or maintain systems in service of the following categories:
- CATEGORY / A — EXTRACTIVE FINANCIAL MECHANICS
Predatory lending structures, extractive fee architectures, or any mechanism engineered to extract value asymmetrically from end users. These structures optimize for short-term extraction at the expense of the foundation they operate on. They do not endure.
- CATEGORY / B — GAMBLING PROTOCOLS
Wagering infrastructure of any form. Gambling systems are engineered against their own users; we do not build against the people using our systems.
- CATEGORY / C — TOXIC COMMODITY FACILITATION
Systems designed to trade, track, or optimize the distribution of substances or commodities classified as toxic, addictive, or harmful under applicable regulatory frameworks. The externalities of these systems are load-bearing failures in disguise.
These prohibitions are engineering principle, not policy. They cannot be waived by executive decision, contract terms, or commercial pressure.
Standards of Conduct
Personnel, contractors, and partners of Voussoirum Technology Limited operate under a duty of structural honesty. We do not manufacture consensus, and we do not compress uncomfortable diagnoses into palatable narratives.
Review and Amendment
These guidelines are reviewed annually. Amendments to §01, §02, and §04 require internal consensus. §03 is not amendable.
