Terms of Service.

By accessing any Voussoirum Technology Limited surface — including the flagship deployment at thevoussoir.com — you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the systems.

Access is granted for legitimate institutional and professional purposes consistent with the engineering ethos of the systems: problem archaeology in service of durable outcomes.

Reverse-engineering the internal structural models, extracting decision provenance data, or attempting to derive proprietary methodology from output surfaces is prohibited.

Voussoirum systems and platforms permanently prohibit deployment in service of, or integration with, any of the following categories. This restriction is engineering doctrine, not policy — it cannot be waived by contract:

• Extractive financial mechanics. Predatory lending structures, extractive fee architectures, and mechanisms designed to extract value asymmetrically from end users.
• Gambling protocols. Wagering infrastructure of any form.
• Toxic commodity tracking or facilitation. Systems designed to trade, track, or optimize distribution of substances or commodities classified as toxic, addictive, or harmful under applicable regulatory frameworks.

All engineering artifacts, structural models, and reference documents remain the property of Voussoirum Technology Limited. Licensed access does not constitute transfer of ownership.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voussoirum Technology Limited is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from use of the systems. The systems are engineered to pressure-test decisions; they do not make them.

Access may be terminated immediately for any breach of §03, without notice. Termination for other breach may occur with reasonable notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Voussoirum Technology Limited is incorporated. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
